Service, delivery and product range were fab, as were the prices - what they didn't mention, was to perhaps why the products were at such a good 'sale' price. The products were way too old - we're talking face creams and sensitive eye creams, for my liking, anything over 4 years on a shelf is not going anywhere near my face! Luckily I checked the codes on the 'freshness checker' app and was disappointed to see this. With one item having been produced over 9 years ago!!!??
If you're having a sale, great - if you're getting rid of old stock, state this fact!!!
Still waiting on my refund to come back after 3 days of the return being marked as delivered on the RM site also.... so not great in all.
But speedy dispatch and simple returns process, just need the credit back in my account and the customer service side of allbeauty is great

Ordered some perfume as a gift, however the recipient of the gift changed their mind on what they wanted so as soon as i received the package i stuck the returns address on the box and placed my reason for returning inside, sent it off back to all beauty and they still haven't refunded me.
