“The chainsaw blade described as Stihl replacemnent is in fact Archer chain so description is misleading but seems to be ok. Did arrive very quickly and good price”

“Excellent service and very prompt. However, packaging needs attention. Bought a lawnmower blade and it was just wrapped in a bin bag. Postman put it through the letter box and it could easily have damaged the floor. Surely a sharp blade should have been bubble wrapped at the least.”

“Good communication once I’d questioned a late delivery, though probably down to Royal Mail. No indication as to a delivery date through the whole process which I thought was a bit odd compared to usual buying online.”

“Order for replacement parts long since out of production. Original item was unobtainable but replacement offered was perfect fit so no need to replace with ‘new for old’ Great service and fast post. Thanks. Highly recommend.”
