“Matt responded quickly to my inquiry about installing a replacement garage door opener (Liftmaster 98022) that had been shipped to me under a warranty claim. He scheduled to come out within 2 hours of my call to provide an estimate. He even called ahead when he was going to miss his original ETA by 15 minutes. We agreed on his quotation, and he started right away. While he encountered difficulties with removing the old unit, he worked through them and completed the installation the same day. He honored his original estimate despite the work being a bit more involved than either of us expected.
