He scheduled to come out within 2 hours of my call to provide an estimate. He even called ahead when he was going to miss his original ETA by 15 minutes. We agreed on his quotation, and he started right away. While he encountered difficulties with removing the old unit, he worked through them and completed the installation the same day.
