“Warning! Amazon Publishing Labs is not affiliated with Amazon, and they are scammers! They make promises and take your money, then refuse to do what they promised. They use Quillbot to paraphrase and it mocks any writer's work, and try to get you to do everything you've paid them to do. They use others art work for a cover, they "process" your refund and then contest it when you've found they lied, and to be clear, the are liars and do so repeatedly. I have the proof through txts and emails. So you should avoid Sophia James at Amazon publishing labs 1-332-222-0290 1-332-253-4342 and Alex Daniels the general manager who lied and laughs at you later for believing him, and josh Abraham at Amazon publishing labs, as well as Jared Bacher and Ethan Gallagher. Again, I've kept what they've done with my work, and what they've said.”

“I was used and lied to. They are not affiliated with Amazon. They don't do real editing, they use a Quillbot paraphrasing tool that made my title character the brother of his girl friend. They put my title on someone else's book cover and refused to fix it. I received an email saying my refund was processed (they completely abandoned my work, though they took $2500 from me), but didn't t give it back. I suspect that the good reviews are fake.”
