“I was used and lied to. They are not affiliated with Amazon. They don't do real editing, they use a Quillbot paraphrasing tool that made my title character the brother of his girl friend. They put my title on someone else's book cover and refused to fix it. I received an email saying my refund was processed (they completely abandoned my work, though they took $2500 from me), but didn't t give it back. I suspect that the good reviews are fake.”
