"Beware of working with American Design Studios.\r\n\r\nOur team worked with them for 3 months to develop a company website. Initially, the communication seemed smooth, and the pricing looked reasonable. However, once the site was completed, they claimed that the website violated ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and demanded an additional payment.\r\n\r\nWhen we asked for clarification or declined to pay the unexpected fee, they unilaterally shut down the site without prior notice. No written contract was signed, and there was no transparency in the scope of work or responsibilities.\r\n\r\nThe domain and hosting were controlled entirely by them, which left us with no access to our own website. We now realize this is part of a pattern: after researching, we discovered multiple similar complaints from other customers.\r\n\r\nWe do not recommend this company and suggest any potential clients demand full transparency and maintain control over their hosting and domain from day one."
