“Met with the Amped guys at MSW the Shali Front to pick up a mask and ended up buying a battery from their trailer. Their event pickup/travel trailer service is fantastic and their staff is great!”

“Great customer service! Super fast shipping. The rifle I wanted was out of stock and the “notify me when back in stock” button wasn’t working. Customer service got the issue fixed and I was able to be notified when the rifle came back in stock. I ordered and the shipping was free and very quick compared to other online Airsofts suppliers.”

Hey dude! Sorry to hear you are unhappy about that :( The reason we have that policy is to make sure that we have enough time to make sure that if there are extra steps we need to take with the product on the backend that we have the time to do so. Hopefully that clears things up!
