“Excellent website. Accurate delivery estimations so I can be confident I can set up what I need to before the weekend. Not the best selection but their selection is higher quality stuff. They leave some personalization on descriptions which helps with picking out items. This is all coming from someone who hasn't dipped their toes into HPA yet.”

“Items Arrived with paint defects sadly for being a $240+ pistol. Very sad about that but I have down the Amped swap on items before and it’s not like Amazon where they ship another out when yours is out in the mail. It is a long process with return shipping inspection then sending you another item”

Feel free to reach out to our customer service team for any issues especially with a paint defect on a brand new item. sales@ampedairsoft.com Our return policy has become a bit extended as of recent because of certain situations where we send people a new product and they do not send their old product back. It creates a multitude of issues for us and we try our best to avoid that. Thank you for understanding and especially for the feedback! It is always greatly appreciated and our team will continue to do our best to provide great products for our customers. Some manufacturers do have some bad "batches" sometimes and it really sucks when we hear about that. Our customer service team will do whatever possible to ensure that we can find a great resolution that is acceptable and ideal for you! :)

“The team at Amped is like no other working very hard and diligently to get orders out quick and efficiently. The store is super easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. I wouldn't trust mamy stores with my life but I would trust Amped Airsoft with mine, plus they put dinosaurs in their boxes sometimes how cool is that!?”
