“I really want to like this company and buy more from them but am put off by their returns system. I returned 3 items in 2 orders over 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. The lack of communication and slowness to refund makes me too anxious so unless I’m refunded very soon, I’m very unlikely to order anything again. Which is a shame because I really love the actual products.”

“Love the dress, though had to order a smaller size, really struggled with the return process, as could not download necessary on my phone. Also drop off point inconvenient. One of your competitors use rebound intelligent returns much easier - but still love the dress”

“I loved the top as soon as I received it and got so many compliments when I wore it. Unfortunately I encountered a problem with it when I washed it, but the Anorak customer service was excellent and they replaced it straightaway. Lovely company with terrific products and super customer service.”

“Like another reviewer, I returned my items via tracked post. 22 days later no refund, no communication and the phone number is purely voicemail. Appalling customer service. I am still waiting for my £150! Is this a scam? I hope not as I purchased my goods through Joules, with whom Anorak have partnered. Unfortunately Joules are refusing to refund as well.”

“Unfortunately not a great experience in the end with gaining a refund. I was wowed by the fast sending and the lovely prints. However the cut of the dress was not right. Sending back the items was quite smooth until Anorak receive the order. You get no confirmation, when chasing customer service they don’t reply. It’s a little of a have I’ve been in a scam situation. Now small businesses have a harder challenge in current climate but poor customer service whilst pushing a crowdfunding campaign isn’t going to make you wish to invest, which I probs would of as they have some good products just poor customer service and fast communication.”
