“I loved this dress so much. So comfortable and soft. Flattering. When it arrived it fit perfectly and I wore it immediately. Then I washed it and air dried it and it shrunk. I’m so sad I only got to wear it the one time. Maybe I’ll be able to wear it again at some point but for now it’ll just be hanging in my closet.”

“No customer service. Items received damaged in post. No response to emails. No phone number to contact. Previously had good service and lovely items. Very disappointing; items unusable and I’m therefore out of pocket. Beware, they couldn’t care less despite all they say on their website..”

“Poor, unresponsive customer service and terrible product quality. The shipping on the item didn’t move and when I tried to check in about it a couple of WEEKS later I didn’t hear back for DAYS, and when I did my question wasn’t answered. They have no call line for customers. I almost reported the transaction as fraud, except it all of the sudden showed up after I submitted an inquiry. To top it off, I’d bought the same pair in a different color just weeks prior, which has since ripped after the second wash (pictured). Never purchasing from Anorak again.”

“Lovely soft bath towel. Arrived very quickly. I chose the one with tigers on for my grandson. Disappointed with the colour though, dull yellowy beige, not the vibrant mustard shown in the photos. Glad I got a discount on it. I'm not going to try to return for a refund as other reviews say it's not as easy as it looks”
