Hi, sorry to hear you've had a disappointing shopping experience with Anorak. We're a very small independent business with only 10 employees - our refund policy states that it will take us up to 21 days to unpack, process and refund your return, sorry about that. “I am not normally one for reviews but these towels are amazing quality so much so I have already made a second order. Super adsorbent and look so lovely, would highly recommend”

“This was our second purchase from Anorak. The first was a complete set of “kissing squirrels” towels. The quality was so good combined with the ethos of the company, we decided to go for the”orcas” as well. Both sets have been much admired and they are a pleasure to use.”
