“Telephoned to find out if the item I wanted was still in stock, had a very informative conversation with a very nice young lady who answered all my questions and then took my order. The item arrived 2 days later and is all ready to be wrapped and given to my granddaughter as a present, and I'm sure she will be delighted.”

“I had some trouble completing my order from Switzerland and contacted the help desk. A very helpful lady looked into my problem, spoke with her colleagues and worked out where I had made an error. She kept in regular contact to make sure I was okay and managed to complete my order. Great customer service and wonderful products!”

“Box is nice but in my opinion is still a bit over-priced even at the reduced price of £66. There was a mark on the outside and a few lumps and bumps inside - quality for the price is not great. Decided to keep it as my toddler loved the rabbit print and it makes a nice toy storage box.”
