“I love Anorak clothes, ordering them is easy and efficient. I've just had an excellent demonstration of their good customer service in their quick processing of a return and exchange and the fact a human being actually answered my email. The clothing is well made and lasts - colours still vibrant after many washes.”

“Awaiting refund as item wasn't suitable. Although a lovely dress I felt dress was too long for me at 5' 4". Returned and now awaiting refund. How long does this take? Many thanks.”
