“I made my order and payment was made. This was accepted and I was informed that I would receive an e-mail informing me of when my delivery would be expected to arrive. It came very quickly but unfortunately I never received one but luckily my neighbour accepted my parcel. I am pleased with my purchases.”

“Items well packaged and as described, but one of my towels had a loose thread and it has come through quite badly on the other side. Shame as everything else is great”

“While I do like the aesthetic, I really would like the number of patterns and themes to be increased. More, more, more, please! Oh and please can you make toilet pedestal mats? Please.”

“I love your towel collection but find the p & p quite expensive. That’s your only downfall. Do you offer any incentives to come back and shop again.”

“So far I have bought three products from Anorak, oven gloves, melamine cups, and a door mat. The designs are lovely and the products good quality. Shipping and packaging good and prompt. Lovely company to deal with.”

“LOVE this bag! Although it's officially a baby-change bag, I actually bought it for my toddler to carry all the stuff around that she needs. It is brilliant, loads of pockets, plenty of storage space, comfortable to carry - I wish I'd had this when my daughter was a baby, I can't recommend it enough!”

“Really lovely product great quality only improvement would be to make the pockets a bit bigger at the side as it’s a squeeze to fit any water bottles into them. Thanks”
