“I fell for a fake Coinbase support scam. Embarrassing to admit, but I Googled “Coinbase customer service” and called the first number I saw. The guy on the phone seemed professional. He said there were “unauthorized login attempts” and walked me through security steps—including linking my wallet to a “verification tool.” I sent $45,000 in BTC to what I now know was a scam address. My brother found Napua Francesca and told me to contact them. I was skeptical. I’d already been scammed once—why trust anyone else? But they weren’t like the others. They asked detailed questions, took their time, and didn’t ask me for a cent upfront. Their team found that my BTC was passed through six mixing services but partially surfaced at a known exchange. They coordinated with the platform’s legal team and helped me recover $31,000. Lesson learned: never search for support numbers, and never lose hope. Some people actually do help.”
