I would just say it would be helpful if you could create a swatch booklet for the ribbons which you could send out if requested, as the colours on the website can be mis-leading. i requested samples of two blues i was interested in (which was sent to me, thank you), but if i had the whole range of colours in a sample book i would be able to make more orders with the confidence that i was ordering the correct colour.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the swatch booklet. The reason why we do not currently supply a swatch booklet is because they can be costly to produce and we haven't had any previous requests for them. We send out samples and list the pantones for every colour of ribbon to help with colour matching, this can be found as a link at the bottom of our ribbon pages.
