“We were really happy with Arenatours especially because our journey started with complications, as we missed our flight. Thanks to the emergency number, we were able to speak with Ana all the time and get updates on our journey and what steps to do next! As soon as we landed in Sri Lanka, everything worked out perfectly! The driver was always polite and on time, knew a lot about the culture, traditions etc. and made us feel very welcome. The only thing I'm not sure is how spontaneous you can be on your journey since everything is planned very tightly.
