He was smoking cannabis the smell was horrendous.
He was at the bust stop with our son.
He asked him to move as he was smoking a illegal substance in public in front of our son.
His reaction was why dont you move with your little brat you Paki.
He found his behaviour threatening rude no way to speak to any member of public.
He refuses to give his name or location of where he works from.
He was a tall black diver with glasses hat and a blue mask.
