Arridge Garage Doors Reviews

“ Excellent service from advice to delivery ”

“ Purchasing was a doddle. Delivery was super quick. The door itself is well made and the galvanised and white top coat is flawless the size was mm perfect so allow at least 10mm to width and height measurement. Super easy to fit and I'm 74.. .brilliant ...no photos sorry as I am away ”

“ Really helpful advice pre-purchase via phone and email. Delivery in stated time frame. ”

“ I have purchased 3 garage doors from Arridge, very good quality. And they are always helpful on the phone when ordering, also arranging delivery. ”

“ Good communication kept me upto date on delivery. Door (garage panel door with electric opener) fitted exactly. A choice of colour for the door enabled a very good match with the existing house paint. Door is quiet and now doesn't let the rain in which is what the previous slatted door did. Quality of both the dor itself and the fitting looks to be very good indded. Highly recommended ”

“ Great service from the team I placed the order with. Good online and phone communication prior to ordering to make sure all measurements were correct. Delivery was smooth and the driver even gave great advice on fitting. ”

“ The delivery came covered in snow but it was very well protected. ”

“ Excellent service! There was a slight delay with delivery but the company kept me informed every step of the way. We had a personnel door installed for our garage nearly a year ago and it’s held up so far. The door was one on the lower lens of the price scale but in no way disappointing. Would definitely recommend. ”

“ After quite a bit of research I chose a Hormann rollmatic garage door and placed an order with Arridge Garage Doors, the service I received from Luke was excellent, I chose to fit the door myself after watching a few installation videos on utube, I do have an engineering background and found the presses very well thought out with no heavy lifting work needed, having worked out I didn’t need to remove the old doors to fit the new one in my particular case meant there was no urgency on my part to get it finished in one day although I feel it could be easily done in a few hours. It’s been in service a few months now and I’m very pleased with the way it performs and how it’s transformed the look of my garage. Just one recommendation would be for the delivery company to have a tail lift or some other means of off loading, it was well packed on a pallet but was on the very limit of what two men could handle comfortably… ”

“ Arridge Garage we’re excellent from the first contact all the way through to delivery and beyond. They are clearly very knowledgeable and offered support throughout ensuring the measurements were correct and the garage door was the correct one. Post delivery they were in contact and helped out with technical support. Highly recommend. ”
