“ASDA security guards kept taking turns and walked past me and looked deliberately into my trolley—not just once, but around three times during my visit. It was unprovoked, unwarranted, and frankly, made me feel uncomfortable and scrutinised for no reason. As a customer, I expect to shop in a respectful environment—not to be made to feel like a suspect.
Given that the store is monitored by security cameras, I believe such actions could be avoided or handled more discreetly. As a regular customer, this made me feel quite uncomfortable and somewhat singled out.
This happened recently on 24th May 2025 between 4:15 pm to 5:00pm. Review the footage from that visit. The entire incident will be clearly visible and should support my account. I still have the receipt proof of shopping during that time.
Take this review/complaint seriously and take the appropriate steps to address it.”
“Absolutely RACIST staff especially the security guards , Employee named Kristy she will be in the fast section. They think foreigners are idiots , treat you like one. Asda managers your staff intimidate people so please if you are from other race stay away from this place.take your business else where down the road there is a massive Tesco who provide excellent service.”
