“I found Asda insurance cost more than other sites and didn't provide all that I needed, like riding other bikes. So chose another provider, but would look again to see if they can provide insurance in the future.”

“The asda comparison site was quite useful but no better than the other sites. The broker I chose, Saga has since turned out to have the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I don't think I would use them again!”

“Ended up on Bikesure insurance services (part of Adrian Flux group) who I have had dealings with before for car insurance. Got a reasonable quote then it got better by not having breakdown cover @£50. So went ahead, when the documents came by email found that accident cover £12000 benefit was an option @£15, and key cover £1500 was an option @£15, these weren't described to me as options when getting the original quote, I thought they were part of the policy. So after having both of those removed as well, the final policy price was £80 cheaper than the original phone conversation! There was also a small confusion with documents which I hope is now sorted. Happy with final price though!”

“The polocy was a good price and the service was the same as any web based insurer. My only complaint is that ASDA run the initial website, you then select your prefered insurer in my case the post office, they go via another broker and my polocy was actually with AVIVA. With all these links in the chain taking their cut of my premium how much does it actually cost to insure my vehicles? If everyone offering insurance actually sold there own product cutting out all the middlemen everybodies polocies could be reduced.”
