“RIP off insurance companies used by Asda's they'll ring you back to validate and increase premiums you decline and rip you off for deposit you've paid them do not use...your were warned”

“You get cheaper insurance in here as in quote, but when you actually finalised the insurance, price doesn’t stay same, I had heard of this before getting for myself and it happen to me also, price gone up at end.”

“I suggest you actually check those who you recommend. Am having problem getting my money back from Bollington Insurance after cancelling before the 14 day cooling off period. I will reserve complete judgement until after they have complied with my request for full refund. If I have to resort to Trading Standards or Small Claims Court I will. You may hear more from me. At the moment, quite unimpressed.”

“i insured through vanline direct it was the cheapest quote . i had to insure on the sunday so that i could pick up the car on monday. so i accepted the quote . BIG MISTAKE .they rang on the monday morning and told me i had been awarded 2 discount for my no claims bonus .and that the quote was wrong .they told me that i had to pay another £70 pounds . i was also told that if i cancelled the policy. it was still going to cost me 25 pounds to cancel . i decided to keep the insurance because i had arranged to buy and pick up the van ; a week later they rang me and told me that i could pay 6 pounds and that would cover me for my £500 access, a spacifically asked them that if i paid only £6 that would cover my access he replied yes it would ..the next day i got a e mail telling the direct debit had been raised by £6 per month . . i have rang them up and told them my complaints and asked them for the security recordings as i am going to pursue this vigourously. .”

“They did not make me happy. They never arrived at the store. The store staff on customer help desk were abrupt most unhelpful referred me to phone .com line. Person with foreign accent very difficult to understand was to ring me back and leave message all I could get was half a telephone message. I phoned store they tried to put me through to a guy the message came back he was to busy to speak to me had to go to a meeting. Phone .com again a woman told me to accept a refund as there were still the items I wanted. Needless to say there were not. Needless to say I will not shop with them again.”
