“I made a mistake by not doing enough homework before I used their services. I should have looked into the company more. Reviews could have warned me about their issues. “Please stay away from this broker, I had a lot of faith in the company but they have disappointed me and my friends. They held a total of 113,000 btc and 600 eth. “I have tried to contact Ashfordwealths support email and all provided contact numbers. None work , the email bounces and the numbers are un-contactable. They changed there domain and didn't update there website nor inform "investors". "Brokers" are insistent and unrelenting until you choose to not entertain their investment advice. Withdrawals as far as I know do not occur and are at the whim of "brokers" who are unaccountable. In breaking down ASHFORDSWEALTH(s) website its apparent the website is just a neat front end that provides zero information on what they actually offer. The biggest thing that jumps out is the fictitious "team" profile. There are zero results in actually finding anything that substantiates these people exist. Next big red flag is the FISEU badge used to gain a sense of legitimacy but upon a cursory search it is found not to be a regulatory authority rather it is used by scammers to appear legitimate (https://fintelegram.com/urgent-investor-warning-against-capital-whale-broker-scam-and-fake-regulator-fiseu/) The ashfordswealths group follows a pattern of high volume contact with potential victims. With pressure tactics along with using referral systems to apply pressure. For example they may provide payouts for a person creating the appearance of a legitimate company and then due to perceived success the victim is manipulated into referring friends, family or acquaintance. The group uses several different members of the group to create a facade of a legitimate investment firm for example including "senior accounts manager" , "trainers" ,"Senior analysts" and or "Floor traders" to gain trust and appear legitimate. The group pays out some people with the appearance of successful trades to provide reviews and again provide legitimacy. This provides new customers(victims) to join the merri-go-round.”
