"I had a terrible experience with Aspinal of London. I purchased a very expensive pen which had a problematic cap (it did not fit properly and caused the pen to appear bent when affixed. I explained the problem to Aspinal and sent them a photo of the defective pen. Repeated tries to address this were not successful. They refused to provide a refund claiming that I was not putting the cap on correctly. This is obviously something that is not a complicated endeavor and should not result in a bent pen."

"Missleading advertisement!\n\nI have purchased a leather case of men`s manicure for my partner in Cognac brown colour.\nHowever I have received completely different colour than advertised on the website - bordo red, rather feminin like.\n\nAfter my email with added photoes (which clearly shows it`s nothing like advertised!) to the customer service I got a short answear that there is nothing they can do and the colour is ,,identical`` on their computer screen to advertised photoes! Pathetic lies.\n\nSince I have personalized my item with inicials I was told it`s unable to be returned - but again- it isn`t my fault in the first place that I received completely different colour of the item and their advertisement is wrong and missleading!\n\nThe item has been discontinued now on their website....\n\nI didn`t get any answer back after my second email.\nThe lack of support is very dissapointing from a known company like this.\n\nI am never going to order anything there again."
