“Once I received my email confirmation, the astridnudo site appeared to be gone. The link to track my package lead nowhere, my emails were bounced and instagram message ignored. Going through bank for refund. Don't buy from Astridnudo, I wish I read the honest reviews here before I did. The 5 star reviews are lies.”
“Awful experience with this company. They have 'hassle-free' returns and mention they'll provide the shipping label. They did not uphold their returns policy and ignored me when I sent a screenshot of their return policy and kept trying to delay the return process so I wouldn't be able to ship back within their 30 day return policy. They said that they no longer provide shipping labels but hadn't changed their refund policy on their site. Also the email they provide on their site for returns doesn't work - you just receive a bounceback email. They just want to keep their money and provide customers false guarantees. They also say it will be express shipped but mine arrived 13 days late. I was able to get my money back only by escalating it to my credit card company. I posted a negative review on trust pilot and they asked me to reach out to them. I did but they didn't respond. They do everything just for show and do not follow through with anything. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.”
“Firstly, shipping was supposed to be 2-3 days express tracked.. it took over 3 weeks with no shipping updates. Secondly the quality is the worst I have ever seen, sizing, quality, the colour compared to the pictures, I don’t know anyone that would want to keep the items. Lastly the hassle free refunds is a complete lie. You have to wait for them to respond to your request for a refund, then pay to ship it back to China, then if it doesn’t arrive within 30 days of delivery.. unlikely as it took almost a week to get the refund address and it took 3 weeks to be shipped to my house, in their own words ‘the package will be disposed of by the warehouse and no refund/ replacement will be issued’. You’d be an absolute idiot and a fool to buy from astridnudo - please listen to this advice.”
“Everything that could have gone wrong did. I placed 2 orders both of which had tracking errors every step of the way. Waited over 6 weeks and ended up cancelling one of the orders which hadn't even shipped in this time. The second order arrived and unfortunately was not the colour shown in the images, was made from cheap fabric with no support and was too big despite taking my measurements and using the provided sizing guide. At this point I resorted to the "hassle free return" option only to find that it was not so hassle free as they had stalled to the point that I was closer to 30 days since their stated delivery (not actually when I received the product) and that posting the product back to the warehouse in China with tracking (a requirement to be refunded) would cost the same amount that I had already paid for the item. Very disappointed, will not be wasting my money here again and will not trust new online retailers. The other reviews on this site are likely fake reviews paid for by Astridnudo.”
