“This platform is a prime example of poor service and unprofessionalism. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than actually providing support. I regret not researching them more thoroughly beforehand. I ended up losing $126,070 in just a month. “15 days ago, my account was suspended! I filed three cases, but nothing was done to allow me to withdraw my money or get my account back 😡🤦. When I tried to SMS live chat, it didn't work either 🤦 Before I could retrieve my account and withdraw my money, I reported the entire issue with evidence to ADMK LTD since I was so fed up with their scamming scheme. ✅ AVOID USING THIS SCAMMING PLATFORM.”

“Very extremely useless surport and customer service,I was supposed to sell my usdt at a rate of 1590.20/$ I clicked on the add and rate went down to 1200 I told the p2p counter to wait, he went ahead and sent the funds. “This app know how to manipulate people. I tend to think all their order books are manipulated by bots. When you trade in demo account the prices are good and you even develop a system, wait until you go live and they start manipulate prices. Their spot market is a total scam and they won't even allow your withdrawal request to be granted, after waiting for 3 months to get my investment money back, I reported them to Fosterboon.org because I also saw someone’s testimony about Fosterboon.org. Actually without hesitation, Fosterboon.org got out my money.”

“It's been almost 3 weeks, and my appeal case still hasn't been resolved. Not once has customer support replied to my case. I opened multiple cases to draw attention to my appeal, but all of them say 'resolved,' yet no one from customer support has replied or attended to my appeal case. Worst f**king exchange. If you're reading this, please find something different, like run away from Astrofx and if you are already scammed too, just do the needful and message Fosterboon.org, they are the one who helped me when I was down. “My Astrofx account withdrawal function has been disabled for more than two months now. I have made countless emails tried to contact Astrofx and spoke to there live agents who don't give any information at all. It is a sheer waste of time. Even tried visiting Astrofx hq in france but they restricted entry. “Please do not fall prey into their sweetly spoken Customer Executives. I lost US$1,700 just because of greed that it will multiply and I can get attractive returns. Anyhow I managed to get their Head Office address and Phone No. (mentioned at their website) physically verified at Seychelles and found that there is nothing related to Capitalix at that address. Even if you invest, initially everything will look very smooth and fine. After few days, your all investment will start going negative and will never recover. Now you have lost all your money. Don't believe on good reviews about them at different websites, it's all managed by them. I am mentioning what I have faced. I report them to 𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐋.𝐂 𝐎𝐌 because they refused to settle and give me my deposits back. I was able to recover it back through Seekrail support.”
