“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the assistance I received from your team. What should have been a helpful and supportive experience became stressful due to poor communication and extended waiting times. Rather than resolving my problem, the lack of updates and unclear instructions made it even more difficult to handle. This has raised doubts about your company’s efficiency. “A fake job recruiter asked me to pay "training fees" before starting a remote job. I paid $600 through a third-party payment link. After that, they vanished. I discovered RESORUS through a Twitter space about digital safety. I contacted them through their website, and they were very professional. They helped me trace the merchant account used in the scam and filed a complaint with the payment processor. After some follow-ups and documentation, the processor issued a refund. I later added Resorus to a list of safe resources I shared with my followers on Twitter.”

“I had been waiting for six weeks for my funds to be deposited into my bank account after submitting a withdrawal request. The company claimed that the transaction was successfully completed on their end. However, after contacting my bank, I was informed that no deposit had been received, rejected, or even attempted.
