“After a long wait, I finally got someone to chat with for over 2 hours but still no reply ! Why is my account showing an available balance of $500, even though my actual balance is more than $23000? My account has been open for over 4 months and is not a new account that has a waiting period. I did no recent transactions that would require a ban. I was placed on a phone hold trying to reach live support at astute capital and the message kept saying that the estimated wait was over 3 hours. I can’t help but wonder if astute capital customer service is non-existent. Seekrail.com help me. Thou it was not an easy catch but was worth taking. Don’t pay in more money until you can withdraw.”

“This platform is a prime example of poor service and unprofessionalism. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than actually providing support. I regret not researching them more thoroughly beforehand. I ended up losing $25,000 in just a month. “Try to view my assets all I get are *****'s. Where are my assets , Spot , Funding, etc. Try to trade, keeps saying I have no funds till I came here to drop a review about them and I saw a post that included FOS TERBOO N . “15 days ago, my account was suspended! I filed three cases, but nothing was done to allow me to withdraw my money or get my account back 😡🤦. When I tried to SMS live chat, it didn't work either 🤦 Before I could retrieve my account and withdraw my money, I reported the entire issue with evidence to ADMK LTD since I was so fed up with their scamming scheme. ✅ AVOID USING THIS SCAMMING PLATFORM.”

“Very extremely useless surport and customer service,I was supposed to sell my usdt at a rate of 1590.20/$ I clicked on the add and rate went down to 1200 I told the p2p counter to wait, he went ahead and sent the funds. “This app know how to manipulate people. I tend to think all their order books are manipulated by bots. When you trade in demo account the prices are good and you even develop a system, wait until you go live and they start manipulate prices. Their spot market is a total scam and they won't even allow your withdrawal request to be granted, after waiting for 3 months to get my investment money back, I reported them to Fosterboon.org because I also saw someone’s testimony about Fosterboon.org. Actually without hesitation, Fosterboon.org got out my money.”
