“This is the biggest scam. They won’t cancel your subscription and will send you links to you that looks like you’re cancelling, but are just signing you up for more subscriptions. It’s been a nightmare clearing up a ‘trial’ that i clicked on. DO NOT sign up for this, click on a trial, or give them any payment info. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM”

“A total scam!! I had the EXACT same experience as Reba A listed below. They draw you in by saying it will only be $1 and then get you for $28.99. They then will try and get you again for a weekly charge. I reached out FOUR times. Additionally, the name that shows up on your billing statement “STARAPPS” is NOT associated with this company at all (I reached out personally to this company thinking it was the head company). Do yourself a favor and just cancel your card and get a new one. They are going to take your money and never refund you. Terrible company with 10000% fake reviews here.”
“First off, when you attempt to unsubscribe they will attempt to trick you into another subscription due to the unclear language used at the unsubscribing page. This box is pre checked as soon as you go to unsubscribe. I’ve emailed the company and unsubscribed several times and continue to receive emails regarding an active subscription.
I also believe the positive reviews (all which seem to be conveniently recent) are not real.”
“I saw an ad on Facebook about which sign your compatible with or if you were compatible with your current spouse. It said it was $1.00 so I thought I’d try it out. Paid and received nothing. Tried to continue through the navigation and clicked a button thinking I would receive something and got charged another 28.99 and still didn’t receive anything. I immediately canceled anything I signed up for on the website and sent them a message that I’d like a refund for at least the 28.99 as I never received information. I received an email back days later stating that when clicking the button I accepted the terms to pay 28.99 and they wouldn’t refund my money. I responded and still waiting to hear back.
Worst customer service ever. I know that they can tell the time I purchased and the time I reached out showing that I wasn’t trying to pay 28.99. I just wanted to receive what I had originally paid for.
A few days later I received an email “Thanks for subscribing” this was after I unsubscribed that same day I requested a refund. So they automatically subscribed me back into something I didn’t request.”
