“These people cannot be trusted. After I invested with them , withdrawing the money became a problem. I borrowed the money to invest and when I wanted to withdraw they asked me to bring in money before I would get my money .. this lead me to debts ..They cannot be trusted.. They don’t care about you all they care about is how to get more money from you .. I really regret investing with them, I got into a serious debt and frustrated until I came across FOSTERBOON . ORG who got my money out.. If you invest with them you’re doing it at your own risk..I even did not want to give them a star. They deserve 0 star”

“Do not get involved with this company , they do not communicate across the company , I have had numerous in fact over 30 phone calls from different phone numbers claiming to be from astute finance , I was in hospital in a induced coma , my son took the calls and told them not to ring back despite finding my password and telling them to stop calling whilst I was ill , they want you to do all the work so they can take a commission for doing absolutely naff all . They are extremely pushy and persistent and did not listen to my requests and demands for them to stop calling, i was unable to get hold of them and GET BACK MY MONEY until i reported to FOSTER BOON . ORG.”

“It was so traumatizing and I couldn't talk to no one about it after this investors left me handicapped by taking my 222,500$ stopping me from withdrawal of my hard earned money. “I received an email from James Brearley advising that shares now to be transferred to registrar, didn't know what to do as whole savings from me and wife started disappearing slowly slowly. No contact , no response to emails, I decided to report them to FOSTERBOON . ORG and I'm glad we are able to get our investment out. This is a scandal which Astute need to address immediately.”

“Invest 84,000 pound in lsa account with ryker they had it for a few years then l was told they couldn't handle the amount and like many other investors, administrators put our money in to astute capital with out any chance of getting our cash back. astute capital transferred our cash into shares and I got scammed as the value of the company has discovered. they stopped trading and promised to get investors money back which they refused to do. too bad I had all my money in there, I had to file a complaint with FOSTERBOO N . OR G who was able to get all my investments back.”

“Would not give one star if option available. Recently received email from James Brearley advising that shares now to be re registered into my name but as shares have not been listed on stock exchange they appear to be worthless. whole share from me and my wife disappeared . No contact , no response to emails. This is a scandal. As a PLC they are ignoring their responsibilities to investors. i had to file a complaint with FOSTERBOON . ORG and i was able to get my money out. i strongly advice anyone having same problem to consult them ASAP.”

“I saw an interview over the much hype Tesla Financial program and invested the initial minimum of USD 240000, after then i started getting an incessant barrage of phone calls from this broker who tried to pressure me to increase my investment to the next and after so as to double my returns. I finally ended investing a total of USD 540000 before i tuned him off completely. When I demanded to withdraw my investment after 2months, he stopped taking my calls nor responding to my mails. I tried all means of communication and seeking help to retrieve my funds but i was unsuccessful. “I don't know if you've seen the bea keeper movie, exactly what happened in the movie is what happened to me here they stole all my wife's money without leaving a single cent, 182k in total, we had to report to TRIEVALS who eventually got the money oiy after so many investigation and procedures, the good thing is the whole thing lasted four days and the money is back.”

“Yet another disgruntled person. My late father sold four bonds totaling 80k and now all wiped out. Was a group set up. I spoke with the financial ombudsman but they cannot do anything as they were not financially regulated, seems the directors have prior history for scamming. “I can't belive we are so many that got scammed by astute. Let me tell you how mine happened so you will know what steps to take if they used the same trick for you. I deposited 15k then they wiped the 15k then when I complained they returned 12k then wiped 42k from my account and then disappeared. i sent lots of mails but no good out come at the end I gave up. Then few weeks ago I went to my bank to report then I met someone that the same thing happened to and she told me she contacted Trievals and they helped her out. I immediately took my phone out and typed Trievalscom then filed a complaint. I don't know how they did it but trust me I got all my Money back”

“They claim that both deposits and withdrawals are possible, but I can attest from personal experience that this is never the case. Instead of allowing people to withdraw their funds after making a deposit, the scheme is to prevent them from doing so. Even if the issue is brought to the attention of the authorities, which I did, nothing is likely to be done. Please exercise caution and avoid them; I was a victim of an investment scam, so I am aware of how they operate and what it's like to lose a significant amount of money to fraudsters. Do not hesitate to report, file, and receive consultation from L I N C O X R E C L A I M. They gave me the greatest option for recovering my money, and it was well worth it.”

“This is very simple, look out for the director of Asset Stone Ltd, he is the man behind this.. look closely at the company accounts of Astute Capital Plc and Astute Capital Advisors Limited, as the money got funneled through there, look at the connected party transactions namely the wife of the director or Asset Stone ltd... If we all get together this can be resolved.”
