“Ordered rug and it was delivered eleven days later, well within the ten to fourteen weeks delivery period. Rug was well packed (it was 2M x 3M) it was heavy, and a well known and presented (TNT) courier service used. Good work, no problems, full marks for service and the goods. I'll be using them again.”

“The purchase was very easy and good communication was received as the item was out of stock at time of ordering. Email was sent when item was dispatched and it was received in good condition. Exactly what we wanted”

“Rug dispatched quickly and delivered onetime. Very quick service indeed. The rug has only been in situ for a day so can not comment on quality or durability. I might add to this review once the rug has been hoovered a few times. Looks absolutely amazing though, it really brings my room to life.”
