“Overall we are very pleased with our purchase - a framed panel print by Catharine Stephenson.
The artwork was delivered in excellent condition, well protected with plenty of packaging. The frame is of good quality with a strong hanging cord, and all colours on both frame and print are as displayed on the website - an ideal colour match for our needs.
The reason I have only given a four star rating is due to the long delay between ordering and receiving this artwork. An order was placed on 9th December 2014 and delivery was made on 28th January 2015. However, the company were apologetic about the delay and gave us the option to withdraw the order if it was for a Christmas gift (it was not!) They continued to update us periodically and promptly replied to an enquiry I made about the progress. I was duly informed of dispatch and the artwork was speedily delivered the next day.
I would be happy to use this company again.”

The rug, however is very creased due to the way it was rolled and probably had something lying on top of it during storage. I have spread it out in the hope that in the warmth of the house, it will flatten.”

“Delivery and customer service have both been very good; however, the lights did not seem to be of very good quality, as the diamantes were just on a roll of tape that had been stuck onto the shades. The shades are also smaller than i expected, from looking at the pictures and were therefore too small for the wall i wanted them for.”
