“Bought two of these lamps. Stylish and contemporary they look better in real life. My only niggle is that both lamps had a tiny scratch on the base at the front, (wouldn't care if it was at the back) and I mean tiny, but I shall use some woodstain to cover them up. Other than that, really happy with my purchase.”
“Our picture was out of stock so waited a month for it which was fine, but it arrived completely smashed. It had very little protection considering its size, weight and amount of glass. We are being sent a replacement, but it will be another month and we are expected to keep the broken one until the new one arrives to take it back rather than just send photos. It's huge and completely in the way not to mention dangerous for us to pack it all up again with all the broken glass as we are allowed to get rid of it.”

“We ordered flush fitting ceiling lights order #1720 (WEB1720). The finish was selected because it matched the other fittings in the room. we were slightly concerned because the sizes seemed wrong as they didn't reflect the picture. When we telephoned we were told the printed dimensions would be right and that you couldn't rely on the pictures on the site. they also matched the dimensions in the printed catalogue. This almost put us off buying because they were significantly deeper than we intended to by, but we went ahead because of the finish.
We were delighted when we found that there was indeed a mistake in the catalogue and the lights were significantly slimmer and matched the picture on the web site.
Packaging delivery and price were excellent and it is an easy site to use, show me that you read this feedback and put your catalogue right for this product and make sure staff follow up on queries.”
“WE ordered a table lamp from this company which took 4 weeks to deliver after a considerable ammout of emails and telephone calls when we were lied to constantly about the delivery date. When the lamp finally arrived the green glass lens was cracked and we are yet to receive a replacement.

“Love this print, but disappointed in the overall picture. On the site the frame was silver as was the frame description, on arrival and unpacking the frame is definately gold. As this was purchased for a specific room the gold doesn't "go" with the decor, so have had to use it elsewhere.
Otherwise a really lovely purchase, a print that I have really admired. The frame is lovely, just not the colour expected.”
