“Bought a Nitecore power station here. Staff were very kind and eager to help when I had issues with it that needed to be resolved. The store has a wide array of high quality survival/camping/off grid products to choose from. Would 100% recommend people to shop here.”

“These guys have been looking after me for ration packs for over 3 years now, and the very rare occasion where I have to call them to discuss my order, they are polite, professional and extremely prompt. The packs they supply are always very fresh and packed within a month or two of supply. Always well packed and care is taken to address packages clearly which means they arrive swiftly, despite the best efforts of some individuals involved in the supply chain. I will continue to do business for the foreseeable future if things remain as they are.”

“I bought my husband a radio. It didn’t work. I phoned and was told by a very helpful lady a replacement would be sent out including a post bag so I could return the broken radio at no extra cost to us. I received the second radio really quickly. The problem with the first one was a battery problem. Aussie Storm Shop couldn’t have handled the situation any better, they were highly professional resolving a problem that wasn’t their fault. 100% happy customer.”
