“Great range of products. Logical website with easy to use purchasing system. Good management of “back in stock” notifications. Delivery usually pretty quick with good tracking. Responsive to emails and always good to chat too.”

“I had an incredible experience with Aussie Storm Shop. From the ease of the online shopping, to having a quick and easy, solution focused phone call with them when my postcode wasn't playing ball for the click and collect option. I went in store to pick up within a couple of hours, with them prioritizing my order just because I wanted to come in as I was passing through town. They were very accommodating and provided helpful advice and information around products. I never felt they were just telling me what I needed to hear to make a sale/up-sell. They seemed to genuinely care about making sure I had the products that best suited my needs and didn't push for a sale. Now I am back NZ I will be ordering through them again because the experience was all-round excellent and they have a great range of products.”

“I am very happy with my purchase of a bushfire kit from Aussie Storm Shop. I have tried everything on eg. goggles, mask, etc. so that I am familiar with the items in the kit should a bushfire occur. I think it is a great idea to offer this kit. A friend of mine who is a member of NSW Rural Fire Service told me to buy a mask, goggles, woollen blankets, etc. and I thought it would take me forever to find each item on the internet until I came across this bushfire kit which had all the items suggested by my friend. So very happy.”
