“I purchased four Hunger Buster 24-hour ration packs from Aussie Storm Shop, 1 x each of beef casserole, chilli con carne, spag bol and chicken and veg. The beef casserole was doubled up by mistake. I contacted the store via email outlining the mistake and the company responded and resolved the matter very professionally and swiftly by sending out the missing chilli con carne main meal pack. I am very happy to continue doing business with Aussie Storm Shop in the future and also recommending the shop all my friends and family.”

“Always prompt service with a myriad of items, some of which are not available at other stores that are similar. E.g. other places that have DD tarps usually supply 3x3 metre and 4x4 metre tarps, but they don’t supply in between 3.5 x 3.5 metre tarps, like this store does.”

“I ordered a Lifestraw Go 2.0 water bottle and some carabiners from Aussie Storm Shop and was very pleased with the customer service. The pricing was very competitive and the package arrived well packed and quickly. I was kept informed regularly of the package tracking and when I collected it I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalised thank you message from the store, stickers and free emergency blanket which will come very handy.
