“Very happy with Aussie Storm Shop customer service - I placed an order online (and sent a text, as I was flying to Brisbane the next day for a few days, and really, really wanted my water filter jug to be there) and it arrived the day after I ordered. Super impressed. Thanks heaps”

“The staff at Aussie Storm Shop are so helpful and friendly. Having to make my purchases online as we're in a different state, there is always a helpful staff member answering my (many) questions. “Hi Sam, it took 4-5 times flushing for the after taste to dissipate. Also the flow from the tap seem to be very slow considering it's flow from the second compartment with the filtered water. Is there a way to speed the flow. Regards, Mervat”

“5 STARS! Service was exceptional, fast and very helpful! Our Pro-One filters arrived the day after we ordered them online. And many thanks for the glow sticks, the kids loved them! The Pro-One filters are working very well. We probably prefer the taste of the Berkey filters however, they are very expensive and are a challenge to find in stock in Australia. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and it's so wonderful to find a local business we want to continue to support. Thank you for your exceptional customer service, Sam, Ken, and Candice!
