“Thanks Aussie Storm shop! My friend recommended you to me, and you had the hydro flow filter in stock, with the water bags. I needed it for a hike and it arrived in under 24 hours! This filter worked so well, and pretty much made our trip! I actually have no idea what i would have done otherwise! Thank you!”

“Fantastic postage times and decent user friendly website. Will be definitely using you again. Most of your prices match go to sites like https://www.survivalsuppliesaustralia.com.au/. Some of your products are cheaper. The only constructive criticism I would mention would be…. Try adding some cheap freebies into your customers orders. Example many other competing companies will throw in a hydralyte satchel, glow stick, or a fresnel lens etc etc. Some type of kitschy survival item the company has in bulk. I have even seen companies print their logo on some freebies also clever. As a customer it’s a pleasant surprise to see something extra you haven’t ordered and it keeps you coming back. Hand written (Printed) note with a company sticker also fun. 10% off when joining the companies subscription. That has swayed me many times to buy from another supplier. Xmas, Easter and all big holiday event 10%/20% off voucher emailed with an expiry. That item you were thinking of purchasing becomes even more tempting. Companies like Alton Goods have some genius marketing techniques. For example offering a $10 voucher for a simple Google review of a recent product purchase with a photo. Direct click on links to Google review page and voucher emailed once review completed. You SS icon logo is fine though the white background of the SS gets washed out on a google search results. Staying on top of the game stocking those diehard staple products. Keeping up with viral movements with gear and gadgetry. I’ve seen certain knives go viral and be sold out and on backorder with every supplier in Australia. Edc is huge right now. People are paying top dollar for a titanium key organiser made in China marketed by hipsters on youtube haha. I tip my hat to you it’s a jungle. I’m excited to support a local business like yourself and have already recommended you. Not sure why I didn’t find you sooner blame Google search results I guess. Well that was certainly a rant haha.
