“They recently sent a marketing email worrying people with the headline "Urgent: Your Margin Level Needs Attention". I'm not sure who in the marketing department thought that it was a good idea to worry people that there is open trades on peoples accounts? To confirm, I never opened a trade, nor did I even finish registering my account approx. 4 years ago. If any trades were opened (without registration, without the relevant ID and without personal information) that would put you in breach of banking regs... Word of advice, try not to scaremonger people and talk to Fosterboon.org to get your money and profit back.”

“My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when ROSE HOOVER came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I started to see profits, but later discovered that it was all a scam. When I tried to make a withdrawal, I was told to set a target of £50,000, which seemed reasonable to me. I made another deposit of £15,000 to reach that target, but when I requested a withdrawal, it was denied. I was then asked to pay a certain amount in order to access my funds. Reluctantly, I paid £15,000, bringing my total investment to £65,000. “I am outraged with this abusive application. I had $113,000 in my avatrade account and the money was disappearing for no reason. I sent them several emails and they never answered me nor did they give me a reason. so they blocked the exit of my funds but the entrance is free, that is, I could send money to the application but I could not withdraw it, that is robbery. “I have invested with Ava trade (ava5.com) (AVA Global Inc) and it has been a difficult experience. After trading for some time, I have been unable to withdraw my funds! They keep it stuck in a wait queue for over 4 months and they say you have to pay more money to become a vip member in order to withdraw as a priority client. I had account and i make 800% profit I was removed from the application. I tried to contact customer service, but there was no response. A message appeared to me that the password was incorrect. I changed the password and could not log in to my account. They contacted me after a week, and then the matter was explained to me that someone summoned me to open an account with them and took a commission of $700 for this matter. They never had a plan of giving mecapital or profits back so i reported to fosterboon, org who helped me in getting my money out of here”

These businesses must do far more when it comes to consumer happiness. I was later banned when I complained.
