AVRO IS A SCAM COMPANY - BEWARE.
Closed the account in May 2021 with a credit balance of £92.68. Several e-mails sent to get the balance repaid. Fobbed off with generic replies saying it will be repaid in 10 working days. Nearly 4 month's later and refund still not received. Now given them final notice before referring to OFGEM or proceedings in the County court.
