“I didn’t think I could get back my money after sending to the wrong wallet while trying to fund my account. I was a total mess, customer service said there’s not much they can do since I didnt send it to them directly and I would normally cross check something like this but for some reason I was careless. “Stay clear as this has been the biggest nightmare of my life. They trick you into investing with all their lies and tactics. They are not a real company and have no address as the FCA warned me they are a scam. I tried to close my account and withdraw when I had over €445k but they continued to make excuses not to give me my money.
