“This company is a joke.
On May 6th I ordered a heatpump AC unit. They were supposed to ship it on May 28th because I decline sending them extra money to ship quicker.
I called them on the 28th came I never got an email saying it was ship. I called them, they never called me back. On the 29th I canceled the order for lack of communication.
On June 10th They sent me an email saying they have to cancel my order because they don't have the unit.
I truly believe they advertise something they never had to begin with.
I'd stayed clear of this outfit.
Very unprofessional, read other reviews and you will see a poorly run company.
