“Awful experience on receipt of item it became apparent they were much larger than the average. Returned for replacements and after a week plus of waiting the wrong trainers turn up.
After numerous emails and calls and a handful of lies by the team at Balenciaga they asked for return . 9 days after shipment they state they still not received after som arguments they threw advise in fact they have been received but are warn which is a complete lie. They advised on 28-11-22 my return hadn’t shon up then on 29th they attempt to advise it had actually arrived in the 22nd
Avoid this company at all costs consumer care is absolutely 0”
