“Bankruptcy bureau have been excellent in helping me. Mark Bradbury who is my case manager made me feel at ease and assured me everything will be ok and it has. Mark has gone above and beyond to make me feel good about what i am doing and has been there every step of the way if i needed help. If anyone else wanted to do what i have done I would recommend Mark Bradbury to them as their case manager. Mark I can't thank you enough for your time and patience and helping me get back on track with my debts. Thank you everyone”

“I rang after struggling for a while to keep ontop of my debt, unsure of how to sort out the situation. Katie talked me through all of my options and once the best option was chosen, Katie guided me through the process. She made me feel at ease and she was very informative. Katie took care of everything for me and made sure everything with my lenders was in order. I go to bed at night now without the worry of how I am going to keep up with payments. No query is too big or too small. Katie always messages back and puts my mind at ease.”

“I really wish I could say ive had a good experience with this company the woman I first spoke to was helpful at the start but she left off things off my Iva now I’m stuck in limbo calling in every Friday to the new person who has taken over from her and nothing is getting done the weight that was supposed to be lifted is still sat on top of me because the woman didn’t do her job properly every time I phoned I felt like I was bothering her but I wouldn’t have called if I didn’t keep getting fobbed off by her and after the call my problem never got solved and look out for the very hollow words were going to be here with you to help you over the next five years yeah right it took a long time for me to build up to try and fix my situation I wish I had of gone somewhere else to tell you the truth because I haven’t had a very good experience”

“i found your company online, and i was contacted by Ryan in your team. from the very 1st call he put me at ease, he patiently explain me the whole process, what are my option, how the process works. I have been providing training for Customer Service to staff for the past 10 years, and Ryan is the best example of how to deal with a client. I will be using Ryan as an example for world class customer service, in my training sessions from now on. He is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and most of all he is ever ready to go that extra mile for his clients and that put him in a different league than an everage consultant. In my opinion Ryan is an asset to your company. and i hope you appreciate his unique talent.”

“I found this company online in desperation knowing that we could not afford to pay our bills and very much needed advice on what to do. John looked after us from start to finish with professional advice and what options we had. What I loved most about John is that he came across genuine and you could tell that he cared and wanted to help. I hope his manager reads this because he would be an asset to any company as an employee. Also thanks to Cain. 5 star company would definitely recommend”

“Oh my God, these people have literally saved my life! I owed money to 8 different banks/companies and I was paying so much interest every month, until I lost control and I couldn't keep up anymore. Frank and Adam were great throughout the process, always reassuring and understanding. I never felt like they were judging me. I actually felt like they really cared.
