Also ordered the Danish whisk which I was a bit 50/50 on whether I needed one. I am delighted with both products, very happy with the level of service and communication I received. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality. My doughs are no match for this whisk, not sure if I am imagining it, but seem to be getting better gluten development! My scoring game has also increased. So very happy about that also.
