“ Very upset as the pic of the product i ordered you no longer have , only product i could use in my jnc box , so i called your customer line , said someone would call me back from automated email, never got that call , so i emailed , got response you asked me to send you pics of the wrong product you sent , never got any response so next day i called & was told you don’t have that specific product i need , was like ? Wasn’t that hard to respond hours ago but nobody cared when i called and i did complain as time is valuable and a simple response you didn’t have it would’ve been fine, so i got a refund email , w no response if you want this shipped back too you or an email w a free shipping packing ticket ? Sorry but the experience wasn’t that great, glad you do surveys as i work in customer service and small things like these can make or break small companies ”
