WE HAVE PURCHASED BATTERIES THROUGH YOU A FEW TIMES NOW. THE WEBSITE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEED HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT WE RE-ORDERED THE SAME BATTERIES AS LAST TIME BUT THE CASING IS A DIFFERENT SIZE THIS TIME AND WILL NOT WORK.
