“Howdy. I found the process of buying my coilovers to be not straightforward and a bit problematic. I visited the BC website where I was directed to a dealer, Just Jap. When placing my order the agent informed me that was a "special" order and directed me back to BC. On the phone he walked me through to the Custom Coilovers section where at that time I filled in the necessary fields specifying 7 and 6 kg springs and then continued to complete and pay for the order. All good, I thought. As a special, custom, order it was delivered very promptly. Upon inspection I found that it was not what I had ordered but had the standard springs. I contacted JJ and was told that something [ I had done] had gone wrong and that I was stuck with them. I then had to buy more springs to remedy my situation. I now have springs I dont need or want. A waste resources, energy and my money. This could have been avoided had your agent simply taken my order and placed it. What are they for?”

“Purchasing my bc coilovers from bc was an absolute breeze. The site briefed me on amy delays that might happen and my coilovers came earlier then expected. Once fitted to my i30 it made the ride so much better for spirited driving but still comfortable enough to daily drive and even have my mother inlaw in the car. Highly recommend bc coilovers for any car !”

“Needed oem replacement suspension for the mirage 2013 and was quoted at $1600 instead i ordered the v1 for the mirage and my mechanic installed for $250 , this v1 now coupled with the rear anti sway bar had made my ride super comfortable, no roll on roundabouts and hard corners as the mirage 2013 was known to have issues in this area , if you own a mirage 2013 to current this is the suspension upgrade for you , my shipment arrived in 3 weeks from purchase date as it was shipped from overseas warehouse , package arrived with care and included everything needed for install, while the package was on the move I thought maybe to ask about some bc stickers but thought it would be too late as the package was shipped however to my surprise when the package arrived in the instructions plastic sleeve was several bc racing stickers in different styles to slap on your car once she looks the way you want. I recommend bc racing coilovers not just because of what improvements i stated above but also because of the smile that my mechanic had when I told him what brand I got and he popped the hood on his track car to low and behold he also had BC racing coilovers. Real thanks to the mirage forum on putting me on to these in the first place 10/10”
