“Highly recommended. Customer service on invoicing and credits is impressive. But most importantly is the high quality of professionalism and ambiance of the customer experience while learning how to play guitar. Robert is very friendly, knows his stuff, his passion for guitar playing is inviting. Efficient and punctual and highly skilled. I appreciate the time he takes when my granddaughter suggests learning a new song. It’s always a positive and exciting lesson. Very highly recommend this company. “What can I say? Beethoven at Home is an amazing service for those who wish to dive into the joys of music! My children wanted to try out learning the violin, which they took to like fish in water, and have had such wonderful experiences with not just playing this instrument, but more importantly, connecting with their beautiful instructor Kathryn! In fact, Kathryn has almost become a part of our family (one of my kids even invited her to her birthday party recently! 😊) In addition, the convenience of having our instructor come to our home has saved me oodles of time in terms of travel and traffic, which has certainly lightened my load, stress and pressure as I can get things done while my kids are safe, but also having fun, in our home. On top of that, the billing process has been very easy, and I have appreciated the attentiveness, care, compassion, understanding and flexibility when we have needed to change our schedule around a bit. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a musical experience like I have not experienced before in my life. In fact, I referenced one of the parents at our school to Beethoven at Home, and now her daughter is taking in-home piano lessons! I cannot express more my deepest gratitude to Beethoven at Home. They are always quick to respond to any of my messages, billing and payments to me are always prompt and they have great customer service as I hear this from my students as well. “Working for Beethoven at Home these past few years has been the best teaching experience of my life. Besides fair compensation, their adminstration has always been kind, respectful, easy, and effective. The students they've contracted me to teach have also always been a pleasure to teach, regardless of their ability.”

“I find it extremely well organized. If I had any problem, it's that I have to do the invoice before the month is finished which sometimes causes confusion if a student misses a lesson when she has an excuse and lets me know within the time allowed. I've allready charged her. I keep track, though, and just don't charge her for a lesson the following month. I have a separate calendar with notes about each student for that purpose. I realize there is a place to put down things like that on the invoice I sent to BAH, but if I say I'm not charging for a lesson because the student was charged the month before, it gets too confusing so I just do it!”
