“Food is fine however the menu is repetitive so you get bored easily. The delivery people appear to think it's fun to leave your box in full view of the street in the sunniest spot rather than using some common sense and leaving it behind something. The free soft drink was so frozen the can had it expanded ensuring it'd lost its fizz so I wouldn't bother ordering it seeing as that's bound to happen to them all seeing as my box has to sit outside all day until I get home from work now that delivery isn't on a weekend. Does help with losing weight but as they're super low fibre meals these aren't a good long term option/”
“My goal is to lose 9 kilos. In 6 weeks I have lost 5 kilos, so I am happy with my progress, although the first 4 kilos was lost in the first 2 weeks. Progress has slowed right down.”
“I completed the Befit Rapid & whilst it was a good eye opener in regards to my calorie intake it definitely wasnāt as rapid as advertised. The food was ok but very good expensive to maintain long term. After completing the Befit Rapid I have continued eating Befitfood dinners, including their bread, Iāve managed to substitute both breakfast & lunch for a fraction of the cost & will eventually fade out the dinners too. I believe befitfood prices are overpriced. The befitfood rapid extras like dietician etc, were of no use to me & probably used to display value for money.. I donāt regret doing the Befitfood program because it was easy to follow & helped me lose those extra Kgās put in during Covid19, I recommend Befitfood as a kickstart to weight loss however theyād have a better reputation if their prices were more reasonable. (On average I am losing 1kg per week, which seems to be the average after initial 2 weeks, I should mention both my sisters completed the Befitfood Rapid as a comparison)”
“Hi, I have left this feedback before and have used BFF on and off for years.Recently my daughter Laura Lay went back on BFF and we are both disappointed in the breakfasts, we miss the Chia pods. The dinners are too hot spicey, so Laura just ordered many of the same lasagna etc and she canāt do the diet anymore bc she is too sick of her limited choice, such a shame bc the program worked for both of us in past. Iāve just stuck to soups, eggs and protein balls.”

I was surprised after ordering the challenge and then two 2 couples boxes (total of 3 weeks on befit for 2 people), yet never had a call to see how we are going.
This is not a complaint, just an observation. Perhaps befit doesn't do that or were too busy.
Would definitely do it again in the future.
